How do I know which product is right for my bedroom?

For mattresses, make sure the selected size matches your bed frame or intended sleeping space. For bedding sets, compare the listed dimensions with your mattress and pillows before ordering.

Are bedding sets ready to use when they arrive?

Bedding products may be packaged for shipping and may need to be removed from their packaging and prepared before use.

Always follow any care or washing instructions provided with the specific product.

What should I do when my mattress arrives?

We recommend checking the package and product carefully after delivery.

If there is visible shipping damage, take photographs of the packaging and mattress before disposing of any packaging materials, then contact us with your order information.

If the product includes specific setup or unpacking instructions, follow those instructions before use.

Can I return bedding that I have already used?

Change-of-mind returns generally require bedding products to be unused, unwashed, clean, and in their original condition.

Because bedding is a personal-use product, items that have been slept on, washed, stained, or otherwise used may not qualify for a voluntary return.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Please do not use the item. Contact us with your order number and a photograph of the product received.

We will compare the shipment with your original order and assist with the resolution.

How quickly will my order be prepared?

Most orders require approximately 1–2 business days for processing after successful payment.

During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer.

When should I expect my package?

Standard carrier transit generally takes around 4–6 business days after processing.

Can I correct my address after ordering?

We can only attempt to make changes while the order is still being processed. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.
